A Must Read: Bank Account!!!

"Lost time is never found again."
~Benjamin Franklin

Imagine there is a bank, which credits your account each morning
with $86,400, carries over no balance from day to day, allows
you to keep no cash balance, and every evening cancels whatever
part of the amount you had failed to use during the day.

What would you do? Draw out every pence, of course! Well, everyone has
such a bank. Its name is Time.

Every morning, it credits you with 86,400 seconds. Every night it
writes off, as lost, whatever of this you have failed to invest to
good purpose. It carries over no balance. It allows no overdraft.

Each day it opens a new account for you. Each night it burns the
records of the day. If you fail to use the day's deposits, the loss is
yours. There is no going back. There is no drawing against the
"tomorrow."

Therefore, there is never not enough time or too much time. Time
management is decided by us alone and nobody else. It is never
the case of us not having enough time to do things, but the case
of whether we want to do it.

BUILDING BRIDGES

Once upon a time two brothers who lived on adjoining farms fell
into conflict. It was the first serious rift in 40 years of farming
side by side, sharing machinery, and trading labor and goods as
needed without a hitch.

Then the long collaboration fell apart. It began with a small
misunderstanding and it grew into a major difference, and finally
it exploded into an exchange of bitter words followed by weeks of
silence.

One morning there was a knock on John's door. He opened it to
find a man with a carpenter's toolbox. "I'm looking for a few days
work," he said.

"Perhaps you would have a few small jobs here and there. Could I
help you?"

"Yes," said the older brother. "I do have a job for you. Look across
the creek at that farm. That's my neighbor, in fact, it's my younger
brother. Last week there was a meadow between us and he took
his bulldozer to the river levee and now there is a creek between
us. Well, he may have done this to spite me, but I'll go him one
better. See that pile of lumber curing by the barn? I want you to
build me a fence - an 8-foot fence - so I won't need to see his place
anymore. Cool him down, anyhow."

The carpenter said, "I think I understand the situation. Show me
the nails and the post-hole digger and I'll be able to do a job that
pleases you."
The older brother had to go to town for supplies, so he helped the
carpenter get the materials ready and then he was off for the day.
The carpenter worked hard all that day measuring, sawing,
nailing.
About sunset when the farmer returned, the carpenter had just
finished his job. The farmer's eyes opened wide, his jaw dropped.
There was no fence there at all. It was a bridge... a bridge
stretching from one side of the creek to the other! A fine piece of
work handrails and all - and the neighbor, his younger brother,
was coming across, his hand outstretched.
"You are quite a fellow to build this bridge after all I've said and
done."
The two brothers stood at each end of the bridge, and then they
met in the middle, taking each other's hand. They turned to see the
carpenter hoist his toolbox on his shoulder. "No, wait! Stay a few
days. I've a lot of other projects for you," said the older brother.
"I'd love to stay on," the carpenter said, "but, I have many more
bridges to build."

A POUND OF BUTTER

There was a farmer who sold a pound of butter to the baker. One day
the baker decided to weigh the butter to see if he was getting a pound
and he found that he was not. This angered him and he took the farmer
to court. The judge asked the farmer if he was using any measure. The
farmer replied, amour Honor, I am primitive.

I don't have a proper measure, but I do have a scale." The judge
asked, "Then how do you weigh the butter?" The farmer replied "Your
Honor, long before the baker started buying butter from me, I have
been buying a pound loaf
of bread from him. Every day when the baker brings the bread, I put it
on the scale and give him the same weight in butter. If anyone is to be
blamed, it is the baker."

What is the moral of the story? We get back in life what we give to
others. Whenever you take an action, ask yourself this question: Am I
giving fair value for the wages or money I hope to make? Honesty and
dishonesty become a habit. Some people practice dishonesty and can
lie with a straight face. Others lie so much that they don't even know
what the truth is anymore. But who are they deceiving? Themselves

According to scientists, the bumblebee's body is too heavy and its wing
span too small. Aerodynamically, the bumblebee cannot fly. But the
bumblebee doesn't know that and it keeps flying.

When you don't know your limitations, you go out and surprise
yourself. In hindsight, you wonder if you had any limitations. The only
limitations a person has are those that are self-imposed. Don't let
education put limitations on you.

chasing happiness

An old man lived in the village. He was one of the most unfortunate
people in the world. The whole village was tired of him, he was always
gloomy, constantly complained and always was in a bad mood.

The longer he lived, the more bile was becoming and the more poisonous
were his words. People avoided him, because his misfortune became
contagious. It was even unnaturally and insulting to be happy next to
him. He created the feeling of unhappiness in others.

But one day, when he got eighty years old, an incredible thing hap-
pened. Instantly everyone heard the rumor:

"An Old Man is happy today, he doesn't complain anything, smiles, and
even his face is freshened up ." The whole village gathered together.
An old man was asked:
- What happened to you ?

- Nothing special - he answered. - Eighty years I've been chasing
happiness, and it was useless. Then I decided to live without happiness
and just enjoy life. That's why I'm happy.

Make your Dream Come Tue.

"Make your dreams come true"

One poignant question posed by a stranger changed Melanie's troubled
life: 'Where will you be in five years?' That single question drove
her to make a future for herself and made her realize that education
was her only way to pursue her dreams.

Melanie Burnett or How to Make Changes in Life that MatterShe was
born in Suriname a former colony of the Netherlands in South
America. Abandoned by her father she grew up, alone with her mother
but largely had to take care of herself and basically living
in the streets.

But, with a dream of one day becoming an air hostess with KLM Royal
Dutch airlines and lead the glamorous life she knew from the media,
getting to know strange shores and far away cultures.

Some 13 years ago she left for Holland and continued living a street
life until a relative stranger asked her how she envisioned her near future.
She got angry and pissed off at the stranger but started to ask herself
some hard questions giving herself even harder answers.

It resulted in her picking up her dream and started to go back to
school. Which was not easy at the age of 23. She finished High School
and graduated and went on to college. Now she is a proud member of the
KLM.

Is never too late to begin!

Alferd Williams was born in 1937 in Eudora, Arkansas, one of nine
children in his family. When he was a boy, his parents, who worked as
sharecroppers, could not afford for both Alferd and his twin brother
to be gone all day to school.

In order for both boys to get some education, Alferd's mother devised
a plan to alternate days where one twin would go to school while the
other stayed home to help on the farm. However, Alferd's twin would
often rise early and sneak away to school, leaving Alferd to work long
days on the farm throughout his school years. As a result, Alferd
never learned to read.

Many decades later, Alferd, then a resident of Saint Joseph, Missouri,
began to help a single mother by walking her three children to and
from school. The 68-year-old Alferd acted as a parent to the children
and helped care for them every afternoon. What he could not help
them with, however, was their homework.

When Alesia Hamilton, the first-grade teacher of one of the children,
discovered that Alferd could not read the notes she had been sending
home with the children, she began to teach him how to read. In the
fall of 2006, Alferd enrolled as a first-grade student.
After completing the first grade, Alferd chose to stay in Alesia's class
and continue to learn with the new first-graders. Alesia encouraged
Alferd's passion for reading and, eventually, for teaching children to
read.

In fact, parents said their children would come home excited,
with stories about how Alferd had helped them learn to read.
Alferd is still in Alesia's class, where he plans to stay until he
completes his GED.

Literacy has changed his life and opened a world
of opportunities. His story shows us that it is never too late to begin.

Determinationt!!

I will tell you a story of my friend Monty Roberts. As he was a
kid, his father as a horse trainer was moving from stable to stable,
from ranch to ranch, training horses. Thus, the boy's school career
was constantly interrupted. One day, when he was a senior, teacher
asked him to write about what he wanted to be when he grew up. He did
not hesitate a minute and wrote seven-page paper about his aim to be
an owner of a horse ranch, he wrote many details and drew a location
of buildings and stables and even a detailed house plan. Two days later
he received his paper back with letter „F" on the front page. After
class he came to teacher and asked: „Why did I receive an F?".

The teacher responded: „This dreams is so unrealistic for a boy
like you, who has no money, no resources and who comes from
itinerant family. There is no possibility that you will reach your great
goals one day."

Then the teacher offered to rewrite the paper with more realistic attitude.
The boy went home and asked his father, how should he act. The
father answered: „This decision is very important for you. So you have
to make your own mind on this".

After several days the boy brought the same paper to his teacher. No
changes were made. He said: „Keep the F and I will keep my dream".
Now Monty Roberts owns 4,000-square-foot house in the middle of
200-acre horse ranch and he still has that school paper, which now is
framed over the fireplace.

Remember, you have to follow your heart and never let anyone to steal
your dreams.

Marriage:: "Don‘t hope, decide!“

(Photo) Dilshan`s family at the Bandaranaike International Airport

I was waiting to pick up a friend at the airport. That day I had one of
those experiences that change people's lives. It happened just two feet
away from me. I noticed a man, carrying two bags, coming toward me.
He stopped next to me to greet his family.

First of all he laid down his bag and came closer to his younger son
(about six years old), they gave each other a warm, loving hug. Then
the father looked in his son's eyes with words: „I missed you so much,
it's so good to see you, son!". The boy smiled and said: „Me too, dad".
Then the man talked to his older son (nine or ten years old). „Oh, you
are quite the young man, I love you very much!" and cupped his face.

Then they had the most tender hug too.
Afterwards the father said „Hi, baby girl" to his baby daughter. She
was squirling excitedly in her mother's arm and watching her returning
father all the time. The man gently took his little daughter, quickly
kissed her face all over and then held her close to his chest. The little
girl laid her head on his shoulder in pure contentment.

After several moments, then man looked at his wife and said „I've
saved the best for last" and shared with her the most passionate kiss.
They stared at each other, beaming big smiles. They reminded me of
newlyweds.

Suddenly, I heard myself asking „Wow, how old have you been
married?". „Been together fourteen years, and married twelve of
those" . „Well then, have long have you been away?". He replied with
joaway?". He replied with joyous smile on his face: „Two whole days!".
I was stunned, as I imagined that he had been gone for several weeks
at last. I could only say: „I hope that my marriage is still that
passionate after twelve years". The man looked straight into my eyes
and told me something that changed my life:

„Don't hope, friend, decide!"...

The Hawk And The Tree!!

Lonely tree was growing among the hot sands of dead desert. Prickly
sands covered the Wood. The Sun mercilessly burned its bark. But the
Tree kept on living in spite of all.

Once the Hawk flied over the desert. The Hawk saw the Wood and sat
on its branch. He looked around the desert and said:
— You are strange Tree, why do you keep on living among these dead
hot sands ? Who needs it?

— You, — the Tree answered.
— Me? — the Hawk was surprised. — I don't need you.
— But if not me, — the Tree told, — you would have to sit on the hot
sand instead of my branches. If not me, someone, seeing you sitting
on the tree alone, would say that nobody needs you, too. And would
ask you what do you live for. Sitting on my branches you, Hawk, think
that I need you. The Hawk thought about it and had to agree with the
Tree. If there was no Tree, the hawk would feel himself alone and
useless among this vast desert.

This story is about Courage Me And Him!

Submitted by Roxy

I don' really want people knowing my name so let's just say my name
is 'Roxy'. I was 14 back then when I fell in love with a guy my age,
let's call him 'Clay'.

He was my classmate for 8 years. I was in 2nd grade when I first met
him. So, I reached 8th grade and knew how amazing he was. HE was
popular and I ain't. He had pretty girls all over him. He was HOT. The
reason why I fell in love because we were lab partners in our
Chemistry class. I realized why girls liked him, not only by his
physical looks, but also his kindness. He was...amazing.

I turned 15 and I still liked him more and more. Soon, the 'like' turned
into 'love'. I started being shy around him and he was...nothing. He
acted as if I didn't even exist. Like before, but I still kept liking him.

One of my friends, let's hide her by the name 'Bernadeth', knew that I
liked him. She didn't want anyone to notice at all, so she started telling
people that it was her who liked Clay. Then, the rumors reached Clay.

He wasn't mad, but it wasn't nice either. When people asked why he
didn't like Bernadeth, he would say "Who would? She's as loud as
hell". Then, I started being scared. He was...a monster. He was mean.

I never realized that...'til now. A year had passed and all of my friends
knew about my feelings towards Clay. Then one of my other friend,
let's call her 'Riza', said to me "What if he likes you?".

"Who would like me?" I say to her. It was true. In my 16 years of
existence that time, no one ever told me that they like me. A month
later, the feelings still
wouldn't go away...even if I try to kick it out. "We have to tell him"
Riza says. I was scared. Riza ran towards Clay and said "Hey she
likes--", but I didn't let her finish. "You like who?" Clay asks me. Then,

I decided to tell him. "Um...it's been three years. I like you, Clay" I
say, straight to the point. I expected him to laugh and bully me, but
instead, he kissed my forehead. "I liked you, too. Ever since we were
lab partners back in 8th grade" he says to me.

I was shocked and happy at the same time. I couldn't believe that he
likes me back! Years has passed. He started his Architecture and I
started my
Engineering as well. After we graduated. We both went to Paris and he
took another course to be a future chef.

We are now married and we have two lovely children. I hope this is
forever.

This is my love story

Sorry!!

Sometimes saying sorry is the most difficult thing on earth .But its the
cheapest thing to save the most expensive gift called relationship .

7 Morning Prayers to Start Your Day

The morning is the perfect time to pray. It gets you focused on
God and helps you meditate on those you love and yourself, as
well. There are many great ways to pray in the morning. Here
are 7 of them.

1, Being Thankful
Dear Lord, thank you so much for another day of life on Earth. Thank
you for another beautiful sunrise to enjoy. Thank you for the
wonderful sounds of nature, from the cool breeze brushing through
the trees to the birds singing melodies. You are a wonderful God, full
of grace and mercy. I praise you for allowing me another day to
spend with my family. I love you Father! Amen.

"The flowers appear on the earth, the time of singing has come,
and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land."
Song of Solomon 2:12

2. Strength
Dear Lord, I pray that you would give me strength to be strong for You
in the world today. Lord, you know the struggles that I will face
today. Be with me as I go through them. Carry me if I am too weak
to move. If I stumble in them, forgive me Father. When I succeed in
them, I will praise You! You are worthy of all praise and honor.
Amen.

3. Family
Dear Gracious Father, I praise You for my family. Thank you for my
spouse Even in his/her weaknesses, I love him/her unconditionally.
Thank you for my children. Every time I hear the pitter-patter of
their feet across the house I smile. Joy overwhelms me Father! Be with
my family today as they go their separate ways. Bring us all back home
safely to each other I pray. Amen.

"Your wife will be like a fruitful vine within your house;
your children will be like olive shoots around your table."
Psalm 128:3

4. Career
Dear God, I thank you for my job. You have provided me with a
steady income and I thank you. I pray that you watch over me today
at work and I pray that there are no accidents, so that everyone can go
back to their homes. I thank you that my job has provided an income
to support me and my family. I thank you for the provisions that you
have given to me, my house, car and food. I pray for safe travels to
and from work and I pray that you will use me as you see fit today for
Your Glory. Amen.

"Commit your work to the Lord,
and your plans will be established."
Proverbs 16:3

5. Men and Women Overseas
Dear Merciful Father, I pray that you would keep your hand on our
men and women defending our country so that we can be free. Be
with our soldiers as they go onto their assignments. Bring them back
to base safely. I praise you for our brave men and women! I thank
you for our brave men and women! I also pray that you give them the
skills that they need in every moment, so that they can come back
home safely to their families.
"Blessed be the Lord, my rock, who trains my hands for war,
and my fingers for battle."
Psalm 144:1

6. Opportunities
Dear Lord, I pray today that I will yield my spirit completely to You,
that You may use me as You please. I pray that You will provide me
opportunities to show people how much You mean to me. Give me
discretion to know what to say and how to say it. Make me bold
enough, that I may proclaim salvation cheerfully and joyfully. I pray
that the seeds You allow me to plant will grow and mature. I pray that
You, Father, will water the seeds that You allow me to plant today. I
am forever grateful for the cross; may I proclaim it in a contagious
way today. Amen.
"Do not be anxious about how you should defend yourself
or what you should say,
for the Holy Spirit will teach you
in that very hour what you ought to say."
Luke 12:11b-12

7. Contentment
Dear Glorious Father, I pray that I will stay focused on you today. I
pray that You will constantly remind me to be content in all of my
circumstances. I pray that You will fill me up that I may be joyful all
day, even if stress creeps in. I know that through my contentment,
You will be glorified. I want to honor You, Father, in all that I do. I
praise Your Holy Name! Amen "Not that I am speaking of being in need,
for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content.
I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound.
In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing
plenty and hunger, abundance and need.

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Philippians 4:11-13

Conclusion
You can have such wonderful encounters with God when you approach
His throne in the morning. I encourage you to start praying when you
wake up, if you aren't already doing so. When you wake with God you
take Him with you too. God bless you as you live a life worthy of the
calling.

Quote Of The Day.

(Photo) Barack Obama after defeating Mitt Romney

When someone cries so hard that it hurts their throat,
it is out of frustration or knowing that no matter
what you can do or attempt to do can change the
situation. When you feel like you need to cry, when
you want to just get it out, relieve some of the
pressure from the inside - that is true pain. Because
no matter how hard you try or how bad you want to,
you can't. That pain just stays in place. Then, if you
are lucky, one small tear may escape from those eyes
that water constantly. That one tear, that tiny, salty,
droplet of moisture is a means of escape. Although it's
just a small tear, it is the heaviest thing in the world.
And it doesn't do a damn thing to fix anything.

Differences Between Love And Like.

In front of the person you love, your heart beats faster
But in front of the person you like , you get happy.

In front of the person you love, winter seems like spring
But in front of the person you like, winter is just a beautiful
winter.

If you look into the eyes of the one you love, you blush
But if you look into the eyes of the one you like, you smile.
In front of the person you love, you can' t say everything on
your mind But in front of the person you like, you can.

In front of the person you love, you tend to get shy
But in front of the person you like, you can show your ownself.

Then person you love comes into your mind every 2 minutes.
You can't look straight into the eyes of the one you love
But you can always smile into the eyes of the one you like.

When the one you love is crying, you cry with them
But when the one you like is crying, you end up comforting.

The feeling of love starts from the eye
And the feeling of like starts from the ear.

So if you stop liking a person you used to like
All you need to do is cover your ears,

But if you try to close your eyes
Love turns into a drop of tear and remains in your heart forever
after.

Let go of your Stresses!

A psychologist walked around a room while teaching stress
management to an audience. As she raised a glass of water, everyone
expected they'd be asked the "half empty or half full" question.
Instead, with a smile on her face, she inquired:

"How heavy is this glass of water?"

Answers called out ranged from 8 oz. to 20 oz. She replied, "The
absolute weight doesn't matter. It depends on how long I hold it. If I
hold it for a minute, it's not a problem. If I hold it for an hour,
I'll have an ache in my arm. If I hold it for a day, my arm will feel
numb and paralyzed. In each case, the weight of the glass doesn't
change, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes."

She continued, "The stresses and worries in life are like that glass of
water. Think about them for a while and nothing happens. Think about
them a bit longer and they begin to hurt. And if you think about them
all day long, you will feel paralyzed – incapable of doing anything."
It's important to remember to let go of your stresses. As early in the
evening as you can, put all your burdens down. Don't carry them
through the evening and into the night. Remember to put the glass
down!

Attitude is everything!

Jerry was the kind of guy you love to hate. He was always in a
good mood and always had something positive to say. When
someone would ask him how he was doing, he would reply, "If I
were any better, I would be twins!"

He was a unique manager because he had several waiters who
had followed Him around from restaurant to restaurant. The
reason the waiters followed Jerry was because of his attitude. He
was a natural motivator. If an employee was having a bad day,
Jerry was there telling the employee how to look on the positive
side of the situation. Seeing this style really made me curious, so
one day I went up to Jerry and asked him, "I don't get it! You
can't be a positive person all of the time. How do you do it?"
Jerry replied,

"Each morning I wake up and say to myself, Jerry, you have two
choices today. You can choose to be in a good mood or you can
choose to be in a bad mood.' I choose to be in a good mood. Each
time something bad happens, I can choose to be a victim or I can
choose to learn from it. I choose to learn from it. Every time
someone comes to me complaining, I can choose to accept their
complaining or I can point out the positive side of life. I choose
the positive side of life."

"Yeah, right, it's not that easy," I protested.
"Yes it is," Jerry said. "Life is all about choices. When you cut
away all the junk, every situation is a choice. You choose how
you react to situations. You choose how people will affect your
mood. You choose to be in a good mood or bad mood. The bottom
line: It's your choice how you live life." I reflected on what Jerry
said. Soon thereafter, I left the restaurant industry to start my
own business. We lost touch, but often thought about him when
I made a choice about life instead of reacting to it.
Several years later, I heard that Jerry did something you are
never supposed to do in a restaurant business: he left the back
door open one morning and was held up at gunpoint by three
armed robbers.

While trying to open the safe, his hand, shaking
from nervousness, slipped off the combination. The robbers
panicked and shot him. Luckily, Jerry was found relatively quickly
and rushed to the local trauma center. After 18 hours of surgery
and weeks of intensive care, Jerry was released from the hospital
with fragments of the bullets still in his body. I saw Jerry about
six months after the accident. When I asked him how he was, he
replied, "If I were any better, I'd be twins.
Wanna see my scars?"

I declined to see his wounds, but did ask him what had gone
through his mind as the robbery took place. "The first thing that
went through my mind was that I should have locked the back
door," Jerry replied. "Then, as I lay on the floor, I remembered
that I had two choices: I could choose to live, or I could choose to
die. I chose to live.

"Weren't you scared? Did you lose consciousness?" I asked. Jerry
continued, "The paramedics were great. They kept telling me I
was going to be fine.

But when they wheeled me into the
emergency room and I saw the expressions on the faces of the
doctors and nurses, I got really scared. In their eyes, I read, 'He's
a dead man.

" I knew I needed to take action."

"What did you do?" I asked.

"Well, there was a big, burly nurse shouting questions at me,"
said Jerry.

"She asked if I was allergic to anything. 'Yes,' I
replied. The doctors and nurses stopped working as they waited
for my reply. I took a deep breath and yelled, 'Bullets!' Over their
laughter, I told them, 'I am choosing to live. Operate on me as if
I am alive, not dead."

Jerry lived thanks to the skill of his doctors, but also because of
his amazing attitude. I learned from him that every day we have
the choice to live fully. Attitude, after all, is everything.

Two friends in the desertt!!

A story tells of two friends who were walking through the desert.
During some point of the journey, they had an argument, and
one friend slapped the other one in the face. The one who got
slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, she wrote in the
sand:
"TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE"
They kept on walking, until they found an oasis, where they
decided to take a bath. The one who had been slapped got stuck
in the mire and started drowning, but her friend saved her. After
she recovered from the near drowning, she wrote on a stone:

"TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE"

The friend, who had slapped and saved her best friend, asked her,
"After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand, and now, you write on a
stone, why?"

The other friend replied: "When someone hurts us, we should
write it down in sand, where the winds of forgiveness can erase
it, but when someone does something good for us, we must
engrave it in stone, so no wind can ever erase it."

LEARN TO WRITE YOUR HURTS IN THE SAND AND TO CARVE YOUR
BLESSINGS IN STONE.

human changes when there status changed.

There was a blind girl who hated herself just because she was
blind.

She hated everyone, except her loving boyfriend. He was
always there for her. She said that if she could only see the world,
she would marry her boyfriend.

One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her and then she could
see everything, including her boyfriend. Her boyfriend asked her,
"now that you can see the world, will you marry me?"
The girl was shocked when she saw that her boyfriend was blind
too, and refused to marry him.

Her boyfriend walked away in tears, and later wrote a letter to her saying:
"Just take care of my eyes dear." This is how human brain changes when
the status changed. Only few remember what life was before, and who's
always been there even in the most painful situations.

Two students and there teacher!!

One day two students of the teacher Chang Hu came to his home. They
sat down at the table as they should. And Chang Hu put a golden cup
in front of one of his students, and in front of the other an old and
cleaved jar. Both the cup and the jar were filled with water. - Help
yourself, - Chang Hu said.

The student who got the golden cup drank the water and with gratitude
bowed to his former teacher. The student, whom the old jar was given
to, looked at the teacher with reproof and asked:

Tell me honourable Chang Hu, do you treat your former students so
differently, that you offer one of them to drink water from a golden
cup and me to drink from an old and cleaved jar? After so much
time spent learning from you, I still can't tell whom you prefer more?
Chang Hu smiled and said:

The golden cup, that for many years is stored in my house, my dear
students, I place before the most honoured guests. Not everyone is
allowed to drink from it, because it is valuable to me because of the
gold. But I myself never use this cup. However, every day I drink water
from my favourite old jar that serves me for so many years with faith
and truth. This jar is valuable to my heart.

I know every crack and cleavage on it. So, my dear students, how I
treat both you, you decide. Remember only one thing, that from the
kitchen utensils in
this house I only have a golden cup and a cleaved jar.

And into both of them, I simply pour water.

I got my revenge through my accomplishments 'World's Ugliest Woman'

A person who has good thoughts cannot ever be
ugly. You can have a wonky nose and a crooked
mouth and a double chin and stick-out teeth, but
if you have good thoughts it will shine out of
your face like sunbeams and you will always
look lovely." - Roald Dahl

When she was in high school, Lizzie Velasquez was
dubbed "The World's Ugliest Woman" in an 8-second-
long YouTube video.

Born with a medical condition so
rare that just two other people in the world are
thought to have it, Velasquez has no adipose tissue and
cannot create muscle, store energy, or gain weight. She
has zero percent body fat and weighs just 60 pounds.
In the comments on YouTube, viewers called her "it"
and "monster" and encouraged her to kill herself.
Instead, Velasquez set four goals:

To become a motivational speaker, to publish a book, to graduate
college, and to build a family and a career for herself.
Now 23 years old, she's been a motivational speaker
for seven years and has given more than 200
workshops on embracing uniqueness, dealing with
bullies, and overcoming obstacles. She's a senior
majoring in Communications at Texas State University
in San Marcos, where she lives with her best friend.
Her first book, "Lizzie Beautiful," came out in 2010 and
her second, "Be Beautiful, Be You," was published
earlier this month.

"The stares are what I'm really dealing with in public
right now," she told Dr. Drew Pinsky in an interview
on CNN's Headline News this week. "But I think I'm
getting to the point where… instead of sitting by and
watching people judge me, I'm starting to want to go up
to these people and introduce myself or give them my
card and say, 'Hi, I'm Lizzie. Maybe you should stop
staring and start learning'."

Velasquez was born in San Antonio, Texas; she was
four weeks premature and weighed just 2 pounds, 10
ounces. "They told us they had no idea how she could
have survived," her mother, Rita, 45, told the Daily
Mail. "We had to buy doll's clothes from the toy store
because baby clothes were too big." Doctors warned
Rita and her husband, Lupe, that their oldest child
would never be able to walk or talk, let alone live a
normal life.

(Her two younger siblings were not
affected by the syndrome.) Instead, she has thrived. Her internal organs, brain,
and bones developed normally, though her body is tiny.
Since she has no fatty tissue in which to store
nutrients, she has to eat every 15 to 20 minutes to have
enough energy to get through the day. One brown eye
started clouding over when she was 4 years old, and
now she's blind in that eye and has only limited sight
in the other.

"Some days life doesn't make sense," she writes in "Be
Beautiful, Be You." "You just have to change what you
can, ask for help and pray about the rest."
She notes her triumphs and posts inspirational
messages on Tumblr, and says that she's learned to
embrace the things that make her unique. Instead of
trying to retaliate against people who have made her
feel badly, she sets goals for herself and pushes herself
to succeed in spite of the haters. She's even reclaimed
YouTube, video blogging about everything from bullying
to hair-styling tips to staying positive.
"I feel really glad that I don't look like the celebrities
out there that are so beautiful,"

she told Dr. Drew.
"There's a lot of stereotypes attached to that." Not
looking like a supermodel "gives people the opportunity
to know you personally," she explains. "If they're
willing to take that extra step they'll get to know the
person you really are."

Of course, the horrible comments left on that old
YouTube video stung (the video has since been removed,
but Velasquez says she read every single comment).
Now, she says, she understands that they're "just
words."

"I'm human, and of course these things are going to
hurt," she said. "Their judgements of me isn't who I
am, and I'm not going to let these things define me."
"I didn't sink down to their level," she said in a follow-
up video on YouTube last year.

"Instead, I got my revenge through my accomplishments and
determination. In the battle between the 'World's
Ugliest Woman' video vs. me, I think I won."

Joke: Who is Wiser the MAN OR the WOMAN?

Never argue with a woman, just use your brains like this guy:

A man went on a night out with his friends the wife is furious and
tells the kids that when he comes back they must not open the door
for him.

At about 12 midnight the man comes back and knocks...the Wife tells
him "Go back and sleep where you are coming from!!!"

Judging by her tone of voice that her fury is about to overflow and
the man answered "Relax I'm not here to sleep, I'm here to collect
condoms in my room on top of the table or just give them to me.
There are lots of women at the party!"

The wife opened the door and said "You are not going anywhere come
in here before I change my mind!"

Who is Wiser the MAN OR the WOMAN?

Don’t judge people!

Please take few seconds to Read this story.. It's Worth..

A 24 year old boy seeing out from the train's window shouted…

"Dad, look the trees are going behind!"

Dad smiled and a young couple sitting nearby, looked at the 24
year old's childish behavior with pity, suddenly he again
exclaimed…

"Dad, look the clouds are running with us!"
The couple couldn't resist and said to the old man…

"Why don't you take your son to a good doctor?"

The old man smiled and said…

"I did and we are just coming from the hospital, my son was blind
from birth, he just got his eyes today."

MORAL……….

Every single person on the planet has a story. Don't judge people
before you truly know them. The truth might surprise you.

LEARNING TO LIVE WITHOUT RECOGNITION IS A SKILL!!!

There was a farmer who had a horse and a goat…..One day, the
horse became ill and he called the veterinarian, who said: - Well,
your horse has a virus. He must take this medicine for three
days. I'll come back on the 3rd day and if he's not better, we're
going to have to put him down. Nearby, the goat listened closely to
their conversation. The next day, they gave him the medicine and left.
The goat approached the horse and said: - Be strong, my friend. Get
up
or else they're going to put you to sleep. On the second day, they
gave him the medicine and left. The goat came back and said:
- Come on buddy, get up or else you're going to die! Come on, I'll
help you get up. Let's go! One, two, three… On the third day, they
came to give him the medicine and the vet
said:
Unfortunately, we're going to have to put him down
tomorrow. Otherwise, the virus might spread and infect the other
horses. After they left, the goat approached the horse and said:
Listen pal, it's now or never! Get up, come on! Have
courage! Come on! Get up! Get up! That's it, slowly! Great! Come on,
one, two, three… Good, good. Now faster, come on…… Fantastic! Run,
run
more! Yes! Yay!
Yes! You did it, you're a champion!!!
All of a sudden, the owner came back, saw the horse running in
the field and began shouting:
It's a miracle! My horse is cured. We must have a grand party. Let's
kill the goat!!!!
The Lesson:* this often happens in the workplace & life in
general . Nobody truly knows which employee or people actually
deserves the merit of success & are in fact contributing towards
success , or who's actually contributing the necessary support to
make things happen. Be grateful.
Remember………
If anyone ever tells you that your work is unprofessional,
remember:
"Amateurs built the Ark [which saved all the species]
and professionals built the Titanic [all died tragically]"

MEANINGLESS GOALS

A farmer had a dog who used to sit by the roadside waiting for
vehicles to come around.

As soon as one came he would run down the
road, barking and trying to overtake it.

One day a neighbor asked the farmer "Do you think your dog is ever
going to catch a car?" The farmer replied,

"That is not what bothers me. What bothers me is what he would do if
he ever caught one."

"Many people in life behave like that dog who is pursuing meaningless
goals "I believe that I am not responsible for the meaningfulness or
meaninglessness of life, but that I am responsible for what I do with
the life I've got."

Every Woman is Beautiful

mother, " Why are you crying?" "Because I'm a woman", she
told him. "

I don't understand", he said. His mom just hugged
him and said, " And you never will"..
Later the little boy asked his father, " Why does mother seem
to cry for no reason?" " All women cry for no reason" was all
his dad could say.

The little boy grew up and became a man, still wondering why
women cry. Finally he put in a call to God; when God got on
the phone, the man said, " God, why women cry so
easily?" God said, "When I made women she had to be special.
I made her shoulders strong enough to carry the weight of the
world; yet, gentle enough to give comfort.

I gave her an inner strength to endure childbirth and the
rejection that many times come from her children. I gave her
a hardness that allows her to keep going when everyone else
gives up and take care of her family through sickness and
fatigue without complaining.

I gave her the sensitivity to love her children under any and all
circumstances, even when her child has hurt them very badly.
This same sensitivity helps her make a child's boo hoo feel
better and shares in their teenagers' anxieties and fears..
I gave her strength to carry her husband through his faults
and fashioned her from his rib to protect his heart.

I gave her wisdom to know that a good husband never hurts
his wife, but sometimes tests her strengths and her resolve to
stand beside him unfalteringly.
And finally I gave her a tear to shed. This is hers exclusively to
use whenever it is needed. The beauty of a woman is not in
the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way
she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman must be seen in
her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place
where love resides."
" Every woman is beautiful."

my unspoken prayers were answered.

I asked God for strength, that I might achieve.
I was made weak, that I might learn humbly to obey . . .
I asked for health, that I might do greater things.

I was given infirmity, that I might do better things ...
I asked for riches, that I might be happy.
I was given poverty, that I might be wise ...
I asked for power, that I might have the praise of men.

I was given weakness, that I might feel the need of God .. .
I asked for all things, that I might enjoy life.
I was given life, that I might enjoy all things ...
I got nothing I asked for--but everything I had hoped for.
Almost despite myself, my unspoken prayers were answered.
I, among all men, am most richly blessed!

Who is it??

A young man was wandering from village to village, when he chanced
upon the house of a young woman with whom he fell into mad love.
He knocked on her door and from within the house her voice called
out : "Who is it ?"

"It is I", said the young man.
"Go away", said the woman, "There is no room enough in this house
for two of us".

Devastated, the young man went away and did much penance, prayer
and meditation. Later he returned and knocked on the door.
"Who is it ?" came the voice from inside the house.

"It is you".
The door opened.

Why Many Remain Unblessed Even After Giving In Church.

When preachers tells you that giving is the
only thing to do for God to bless you, then
that is half truth and beyond giving you
need investment. It is very very clear in the
scriptures. Before some people who are addicted
to the lies of their pastors start attacking
this truth.I am a pastor as well.
Let the truth be told

The following are reasons why
Many Christians remain poor
even after paying their tithe

(The truth some preachers and pastors may not tell you)

The Dreamy Milk-Maid

Milk-maid had been to the meadow to milk her cows. Now she was returning home with a pail of milk on her head.

She thought, "I will make cream and butter out of this milk. Then selling them, I will buy eggs. and when they hatch, I shall have a good poultry farm."

She further thought, "I shall sell some of my fowls and buy a fine dress. Seeing it on my body at the fair, all the boys will admire me
.

The Praying Hands

Back in the fifteenth century, in a tiny village near Nuremberg, lived a family with eighteen children. Eighteen! In order merely to keep food on the table for this mob, the father and head of the household, a goldsmith by profession, worked almost eighteen hours a day at his trade and any other paying chore he could find in the neighborhood. Despite their seemingly hopeless condition, two of Albrecht Durer the Elder’s children had a dream. They both wanted to pursue their talent for art, but they knew full well that their father would never be financially able to send either of them to Nuremberg to study at the Academy.
After many long discussions at night in their crowded bed, the two boys finally worked out a pact. They would toss a coin. The loser would go down into the nearby mines and, with his earnings, support his brother while he attended the academy. Then, when that brother who won the toss completed his studies, in four years, he would support the other brother at the academy, either with sales of his artwork or, if necessary, also by laboring in the mines.
